The official website for the Georgia Renaissance Festival is www.GARenFest.com. Official tickets are sold only at tickets.garenfest.com/renfest. Tickets purchased from any other source are not guaranteed to be valid. The Georgia Renaissance Festival does not accept resale or third-party tickets.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser. Please provide a valid phone number and email address so we may contact you regarding your tickets if necessary.

The Georgia Renaissance Festival does not ship tickets. Please print your ticket or have it available on your mobile device for scanning upon arrival.

Possession of a ticket does not guarantee entry. Admission is subject to venue capacity and applicable safety regulations. Entry is first come, first served once gates open. Guests are encouraged to arrive early.

The Georgia Renaissance Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior without refund. Outside alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons are prohibited. Bags and personal items may be subject to inspection.

Costumes are welcome; however, all prop weapons must be peace-tied and non-functional. Festival staff may inspect or prohibit any prop deemed unsafe. Real weapons, firearms, or hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

Entertainment, schedules, attractions, vendors, and operating hours are subject to change without notice due to weather, safety considerations, or operational needs.

Guests acknowledge that the festival includes live entertainment, animals, rides, games, and large crowds, and voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.

Photography and filming occur throughout the festival. By entering the grounds, guests consent to the use of their likeness in promotional or media materials without compensation.

Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale, fraudulent purchase, or chargeback may be voided without notice, and entry may be denied.

Attendance is at your own risk. The Georgia Renaissance Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property or for personal injury except as required by law.
